All transactions at Lucky George Co. are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each denim shorts/pants and Tops are meticulously pictured and listed with precise measurements for the waist, hips, and rise. Our sizing help on Instagram and the website includes details for denim, pearl snaps, and tees. We strongly advise reviewing the sizing tutorial thoroughly before making a purchase.

**CANCELLING ORDERS:**

Once an order is placed, we do not refund "cancel order requests." If you wish to cancel, email us with your order number, and we'll provide store credit for the spent amount. No refunds are issued for canceled orders.

**DAMAGED ITEMS:**

We diligently inspect every piece before shipping. In the rare event of receiving a damaged item, customers have six days from delivery to email us with pictures. If proven damaged, we'll provide a return label and issue a refund upon item return.

Address changes post-order placement are not possible. Packages are shipped to the customer's order-provided address. Any address-related issues post-shipment must be resolved by the customer with USPS. If an incorrect address leads to a return, the customer incurs shipping and additional fees for reshipment.

**PROCESSING TIME:**

With a small team, we have a 1-5 day processing time (excluding weekends). Please note we ship Monday through Friday, and occasional grace periods may apply.
